Privacy notice
This notice explains what personal data AADLIS EI Private Limited (“AADLIS”, “we”) processes when you visit www.aadlis.com or contact us, why, and the choices you have under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What the website itself collects
The website sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. If you choose the dark or light theme, your browser remembers that choice on your own device; it is never sent to us. Fonts and images are served from our own site. Like every web host, our hosting provider (Vercel Inc.) keeps short-lived technical logs, such as IP address, browser type and the page requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
The enquiry form
When you send the enquiry form, the details you enter (name, company, work email, facility, area of interest and message) are passed through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form-delivery service, and arrive as an email in our business mailbox, hosted by Zoho. We ask for your consent before sending. We use these details only to reply to you, arrange meetings and prepare anything you ask us for.
Email and calls
When you email, call or message us directly, we receive what you choose to share and use it for the same purposes.
Engineering documents
We do not ask for plant documents on first contact. Where a pilot or assessment goes ahead, documents are exchanged under a non-disclosure agreement, used only for that engagement and handled as that agreement sets out. The results are yours.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only with the service providers named above, which process it on our behalf, or where the law requires. Enquiry correspondence is kept only as long as needed for the purpose it was shared for, or as required by law, and is then deleted.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or erase the personal data we hold about you, withdraw consent at any time, or raise a grievance. Write to our grievance contact below and we will respond within a reasonable time, and in any case within the period the law sets.
